I couldn't be happier in my experience working with Linda Yazell! I had been haggling with dealerships over the price of a new car for a few weeks, and was having difficulty in getting straight answers to my questions. Looming ahead of me was the negotiation over my trade in. In these tough economic times it was important to me to get a good deal on the new car and the trade in, and to not feel like I was being taken advantage of by crafty salesmen! It was then that I decided to call Linda for some help. Within 24 hours Linda had secured a great price on the exact vehicle I wanted, and negotiated a trade in deal that I believe is about $2000-3000 more than I would have gotten on my own. By the end of the week my new car was delivered to my house, and I sat at my kitchen table and signed the paperwork. I never had to leave my home, and the experience I had in working with Linda was top notch. I found Linda to be extremely knowledgeable, timely and enthusiastic about assisting me with my vehicle needs. She has a background in the business, and understands the process from all angles. As long as Linda is in business, I will recommend her services to everyone I know. This is by far the best way to buy a new car!

Hi Linda

Just thought you'd like to see the proud owner of the BMW X5. She went off to dinner with some of her closest friends and when she returned the car was in the front driveway with spotlights on it. I heard all of them screaming as they drove up the street. It was a very exciting moment. She cried tears of joy she was so surprised and happy. Once again, thank you for your help.

Thanks for your services in obtaining our car. The frustration level was pretty high, and when our son-in-law who had purchased a car through you mentioned your name we said, “Let’s give it a try.” Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! Best $500 I’ve ever spent. (Well, one of the best.) Hassle free, fast service from you, and in-and-out in no time at the dealership. (Just got a “Thank you note” in the mail from the dealership.) I’ll be paying a “brag” dollar at Rotary and letting the club know about “the best way to buy a car!”

Just a quick note to say we just received the car (well about an hour ago) and it looks great. We both really like the light blue and we’re busy discovering all the cool features we have with this van. Everything went smoothly with the paperwork (as usual) and the price you quoted me was only off by about $15 (I consider that right-on when dealing with amounts like this J).

Hi Linda,

Once again, thank you soooo much for finding the perfect car for me. I spent at least 6 weeks on websites and talking or arguing with car dealers. I knew how much I wanted to spend and searched for either a mid-size SUV or a convertible.

I researched the good and bad of many cars and decided on the GMC Envoy and the Toyota Solara. Although you had found a GMC Envoy for me, I still kept looking for the convertible.

As we ventured into wine country to look at the GMC, we stopped and looked at a Toyota Solara that I located on Craig's List. I was very interested because it was in my price range and in pretty good condition. We then stopped at a couple of used car dealerships (to look at Envoy's) on the way and saw nothing but high mileage, higher prices and slightly damaged cars. When we got to the dealership that you led us to, we were amazed at how beautiful the Envoy looked and even more amazed after taking it for a test drive. The Price was soooooooo much better than what I had encountered during all my research. The sales staff at the dealership was wonderful to deal with, they made the process of buying a car so easy!!

Hi Linda,

I bought the 1998 Civic! It’s a beautiful piece of work! It’s almost “practically perfect in every way” (Mary Poppins). It drives great, it looks great, and it’s in my garage as I write, keeping it nice and safe from the harming rays of the sun. Turns out my daughter is coming down from school on Saturday with friends for a get together in San Francisco so it works out that she will pick it up then. This particular Honda is a masterpiece and I’m way satisfied. Thank you for all your gumshoe detective work. Good find.

Maggie is also very pleased with the GMC Envoy you found, so we’ve been fortunate to have been treated to your vehicle-find services twice within the last five days and both of us are very pleased. For my daughter, the Honda is the perfect college car (again). She just needs to stop wrecking college cars and graduate.

This is a picture of Bob Anderson and me with his new 2006 BMW Z4. Bob drove it down to Santa Cruz and let me take it for a spin! Can't begin to tell you how much we are enjoying the '05 T-bird you found for us. It is the greatest car ever! We installed a hoist mechanism in the garage to hold the hard top, and are now driving it in convertible mode. There is no other color combination they made that we would rather have. We particularly like the light colored top and interior. We will be sending you a picture of it.

You made the whole transaction so easy. Just think, it was in our driveway only two days after I first called you!

Linda Yazell of Access Auto Purchasing recently assisted me in the purchase of a used car -- NEW to me. She was extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. I started out with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Linda helped me narrow down the make, model, features, etc. I wanted and began her search to find just the right car 
for me. Since I was a novice at purchasing in this manner, she patiently explained everything until I understood it. Linda expended limitless time in aiding in my understanding of the process involved, including coming to my house to go over all paperwork involved in the actual purchase.

She began her search in my area, but when that wasn't fruitful to my satisfaction, she searched elsewhere. Eventually I ended up with an auto from a Southern California distributor although I live in Northern California. Once I decided that it was the auto I wanted, Linda quickly made the necessary arrangements to have it trucked to me 
within in a matter of only a couple of days. Before I knew it, my new car was sitting in my driveway, and I was delighted. I was attempting to make the purchase so that I could receive my new car and donate my old car before the end of the year. When a problem arose with the delivery schedule, Linda immediately took action to find an alternate 
carrier who could get my car to me in time. We met all deadlines a week before the end of the year.

In short, I highly recommend Linda and her auto purchasing services to anyone interested. She will go to whatever lengths necessary to find your ideal car!
